More… This application must be completed and submitted by contractors/developers planning to implement a temporary lane, road, and/or sidewalk closure on any road (Town or NCDOT) within the Town of Clayton (Town) corporate limits. Temporary Lane, Road, and Sidewalk closures shall only be permitted during off-peak hours, unless special approval is granted. Peak-hours are defined as 7am – 9am and 4pm – 6pm, Monday thru Friday.
